Three years on this corner of White Bear Lake.

We opened in 2022 with a small espresso bar, three tables, and a recipe for cajeta written in pencil. The cajeta latte sold out the first weekend, and most weekends since.

We're a Latina-owned shop, and the menu reads the way it would in a kitchen back home, with a little of Minnesota mixed in. Anniversary number three was a long, good day.

If you can't decide, ask. We'll point you to whichever pan dulce just came out.

Come by, the door's usually open.

We're a small counter on 4th Street, half a block from Washington Square. There's street parking out front, and a little lot around the back.

Tortas are pressed to order, so if you're picking up at lunch, give us a call ten minutes ahead and we'll have it warm.
